Rocío García-Santiuste
Partner | Madrid & Luxembourg
Rocío is a Partner in Van Campen Liem’s asset management practice, based in Madrid and travelling regularly to Luxembourg. She advises fund managers and institutional investors on the structuring and set-up of Luxembourg alternative investment funds across a broad range of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and debt. She regularly assists managers with the drafting of fund documentation and with their legal and commercial negotiations, and advises on both primary fund formations and secondary transactions. Rocío has extensive experience negotiating with development finance institutions and other institutional investors, including the European Investment Fund (EIF), the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the EBRD, and has built a strong track record supporting Spanish managers and investors developing their business in and through Luxembourg.

Eduardo is a Partner in Van Campen Liem’s Luxembourg tax practice. He has extensive experience advising investment funds, fund managers and investors on Luxembourg tax matters, corporate reorganisations and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital structures. Before joining Van Campen Liem, he worked for five years in the international tax team of a leading Spanish law firm in Bilbao, and thanks to his dual Spanish and Luxembourg tax expertise, he regularly works on investment projects between the two countries.
