Mónica holds a bachelor ‘s degree in Economics and business administrator and earned a Professional MBA from the European University of Madrid and Member of the Management Committee in Luxembourg of the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg
She joined the bank over ten years ago, when it was still known as KBL Private Bank, beginning her journey in Private Banking before expanding her focus to FIM (Financial Intermediaries, Family Offices, and External Asset Managers).

With roots in the industrial sector and a career shaped by international directive experience, Mónica brings strong commercial expertise, a deep understanding of cross-border client needs, and a passion for building long-term international relationships. She is passionate about art, finance, and culture, and finds creativity a vital source of inspiration in her professional life. Known for fostering trust and connecting cultures, she is a firm believer in diversity and in empowering the next generation of women to lead with authenticity and confidence.
