Rocío specializes in structuring and setting up AIFs focused on a wide variety of asset classes (PE, VC, Infrastructure, Debt). In this context, she regularly assists fund managers in drafting fund documentation, as well as in their legal and commercial negotiations. She also actively advises her clients on both the formation of primary funds and secondary fund transactions. She has extensive experience in negotiations with institutions (such as the EIF, EIB, EBRD, and other institutional investors). Rocío has solid experience in advising and working with Spanish clients, as well as in managing related matters.
