la\u00a0<strong>C\u00e1mara Oficial de Comercio de Espa\u00f1a en B\u00e9lgica y Luxemburgo lanza una cuarta sesi\u00f3n FORMATIVA <\/strong>centrada en ofrecer una introducci\u00f3n a la fiscalidad internacional con especial atenci\u00f3n a la estructuraci\u00f3n luxemburguesa de fondos de inversi\u00f3n alternativos.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 lugar <strong>el 13 de junio <\/strong>de <strong>17:00-19:00<\/strong> horas en formato presencial y estar\u00e1 dirigida principalmente a personas que quieran mejorar su empleabilidad mediante <strong>el aprendizaje y consolidaci\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>de sus conocimientos<\/strong> sobre aspectos legales y fiscales en materia de fondos de inversi\u00f3n alternativos.<\/p>\n<p>Los puntos por tratar ser\u00e1n los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0Presentaci\u00f3n a la fiscalidad internacional<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>El problema de la doble imposici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Directivas de la UE y convenios de doble imposici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Normas anti evasi\u00f3n de la UE<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Veh\u00edculos de inversi\u00f3n y estructuraci\u00f3n de fondos en Luxemburgo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Casos pr\u00e1cticos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta sesi\u00f3n formativa ser\u00e1 impartida por <strong>Eduardo Trancho<\/strong>, Partner en Van
