Este cambio se refleja en el lanzamiento, a principios de 2025, del Paquete de Simplificaci\u00f3n Omnibus, que marca la revisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s sustancial del marco sostenible desde el Green Deal. La propuesta modifica tres regulaciones clave de sostenibilidad: la Taxonom\u00eda de la UE, la Directiva sobre Informaci\u00f3n Corporativa en Sostenibilidad (CSRD) y la Directiva sobre Diligencia Debida en Sostenibilidad Corporativa (CSDDD).  <\/p><p>Aunque la simplificaci\u00f3n es bienvenida en principio, las propuestas plantean una preocupaci\u00f3n clave: \u00bfestamos racionalizando el sistema o comprometiendo la coherencia y la calidad de la informaci\u00f3n sobre sostenibilidad?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\" elementor-section class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><b>Principales reformas<\/b><\/h5><p>El Paquete Omnibus introduce enmiendas espec\u00edficas destinadas a aliviar las obligaciones de reporte ESG para las empresas.<\/p><p>Entre las propuestas m\u00e1s importantes se encuentran: <\/p><ul><li>Reducci\u00f3n del alcance de la CSRD en un 80%, aplic\u00e1ndola solo a empresas con m\u00e1s de 1.000 empleados y 50 millones de euros de facturaci\u00f3n o 25 millones en activos.<\/li><li>Limitaci\u00f3n de los informes en relaci\u00f3n a la cadena de valor, restringiendo los datos que las empresas bajo CSRD pueden solicitar a pymes y proveedores extracomunitarios.<\/li><li>Eliminaci\u00f3n de los est\u00e1ndares ESRS sectoriales y del requisito de garant\u00eda.<\/li><li>Restricci\u00f3n de la CSDDD a proveedores de nivel 1, eliminando los requisitos de responsabilidad y de planes de transici\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Limitaci\u00f3n del reporte de la Taxonom\u00eda a grandes empresas, con nuevos umbrales y la posibilidad de declarar la alineaci\u00f3n class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aunque la mayor\u00eda de los cambios a\u00fan est\u00e1n en negociaci\u00f3n entre las instituciones de la UE, una parte del Omnibus ya est\u00e1 en vigor. En abril de 2025, la UE adopt\u00f3 la llamada medida \u201cStop-the-Clock\u201d, un acto legislativo acelerado que retrasa la implementaci\u00f3n de la CSRD y la CSDDD para las empresas de las olas 2 y 3 durante dos a\u00f1os. \u00bfEl motivo? Ganar tiempo para alcanzar un consenso pol\u00edtico sobre las reformas m\u00e1s amplias. Esta pausa legislativa tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala un cambio de enfoque: de la urgencia a la cautela.    <\/p><p>Mientras tanto, el Grupo Consultivo Europeo de Informaci\u00f3n Financiera (EFRAG) est\u00e1 revisando los Est\u00e1ndares Europeos de Reporte de Sostenibilidad (ESRS), con un nuevo borrador previsto para el 31 de octubre de 2025. El plan de trabajo se centra en: <\/p><ul><li>Umbrales de materialidad m\u00e1s claros<\/li><li>Reducci\u00f3n de requisitos de puntos de datos<\/li><li>Excepciones para divulgaciones complejas o sensibles<\/li><li>Mejor alineaci\u00f3n con est\u00e1ndares globales (por ejemplo, ISSB)<\/li><\/ul><p>El mandato de EFRAG es claro: lograr la simplificaci\u00f3n sin comprometer la calidad, aunque a\u00fan est\u00e1 por verse si ese equilibrio puede alcanzarse. La Comisi\u00f3n Europea ha confirmado la continuidad del Green Deal en la nueva legislatura, reafirmando su papel como columna vertebral estrat\u00e9gica de la pol\u00edtica clim\u00e1tica e industrial de la UE. Instrumentos como el Clean Industrial Deal refuerzan los objetivos clim\u00e1ticos de la Uni\u00f3n para 2030 (-55%) y 2040 (-90%), en l\u00ednea con la neutralidad clim\u00e1tica para 2050.  <\/p><p>Las regulaciones a nivel de producto, como el SFDR y MiFID II, siguen aplic\u00e1ndose.
