SUMMARY:SFF Learning Solutions: Securitisation in Luxembourg
DESCRIPTION:In the framework of the SFF Learning Solutions\, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg launches its fifth training offering an introduction to securitisation in Luxembourg and how it is regulated. \nThe Training will take place on 24th January from 17:00-19:00 h in English\, in-person format and it is mainly addressed to everyone interested in improving their employability by learning and consolidating their knowledge in legal and taxing aspects related to securitisation. \nThe topics to be covered in this training will be: \n\nIntroduction to Securitisation\nTypes of securitisation undertakings\nSecuritisation Regulation\nProspectus Regulation\nOther considerations\n\nThis session will be taught by Alejandro Domínguez Becerra\, Senior Counsel in CMS Luxembourg and José Juan Ocaña Castilla\, Senior Associate in CMS Luxembourg. \nThe registration fees for the next training are as follow: \n\nTraining – Member price: 130€ + VAT / Non-member price: 150€ + VAT.\n\nPlease find the programme here. DESCRIPTION:Next Thursday 25 January from 08:45 to 10:00\, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg\, in the framework of the Spanish Financial Forum\, and in collaboration with Baker McKenzie Luxembourg\, is organising a breakfast-conference on the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2022/2254 of 14 December 2022 on Digital Operational Resilience (“DORA“)\, its importance for the financial sector and the keys to implement it. \nThe conference will take place at the offices of Baker McKenzie Luxembourg (10-12 Boulevard Roosevelt\, L-2450 Luxembourg). \nThe speakers\, Jean-François Trapp\, Partner at Baker McKenzie and Ana Vazquez\, Director at Baker McKenzie\, will address in detail the requirements of the DORA Regulation\, in relation to the increasing risk of cyber-attacks\, the risks of information and communication technologies and cyber risk in financial services. \nDuring this interactive session\, the experts will analyse the main requirements and impacts that DORA will have on the financial sector\, with the ambition of accompanying the affected entities in their transition towards cyber resilience. \nThe presentation will be given in Spanish.
